Good location, people were nice and gave us information on what we wanted to know about the city. Breakfast is good. Very clean and a cute place. I would come back.
Our room was right next to the reception, so it was a little noisy, specially around 9 and 10pm.
Excellent location, though on a noisy main street. However, once the windows closed, the insolation was very good. I liked the hotel's charm, the way it was renovated keeping the lovely wooden beams on the ceiling. We enjoyed out breakfast served in our room at precisely the requested time.
The bed matrass was a bit hard for my taste. Our room was right next to the Reception desk so we can hear during the night the interphone ringing and in the morning the people talking.
The room was of a decent size with double glazing on window. Hotel staff was great. Close to attractions and easy walk to other side of Rome. Good places to eat just accros the street, head down to Cavour station way and explore the little lines.
To get to the lift you need to climb two flights of stairs. The hotel is on the first floor. Hard to find. If arriving by train, stop at Termini station. It is easy walk to the hotel. If you arrive at Cavour station, you'll have to climb about 20-30 stairs to get up to via Cavour. With large bags and other pedestrians going up or down the stairs can be a challenge. No acoustic insulation between rooms at all. You can hear people talk move in bed and snore, next door. Pack lots of ear plugs. The double glazing was a good start, but they need to address the internal noise issue.
The service was great, food amazing, location perfect (only 7 min walk from Colosseo). Reception was very helpful answering any question I had!!! Very close to many restorants and Metro!
Simple, clean, with helpful staff, nice breakfast served in the room and a nice price - 10 min walking to Colosseum, 2 minutes to Cavour subway station and 7 min walking to Termini Station, not in the center but very near. Everything about our stay was great! I would stay here again...
Very comfortable with helpful, friendly staff
Metro line is audible from 05:00
Staff are friendly and helpful with city info and arranging taxi. House-keeping is excellent. Daily room cleaning service is spic-n-span. WIFI speed is good and complimentary morning breakfast delivered to the room is great. Wow ... the cappucino and crisossant !! It's very convenient to have in-room safety box and mini bar fridge. Walking time to colisseum and main train station is about 15 mins. There is a convenient store and laudramat next to the hotel.
I am satisfied with the service quality and location of this hotel. However I think it's priced slightly high. I have collected business cards of nearby hotels and will compare pricing before passing judgement. I feel that hotel pricing in rome is higher than in Milan and Madrid, where I was before rome.
The location is great! 10 min max walking to Main train station, Roman Forum, Colosseum, and many other attractions. Staff was friendly, breakfast good and served right in the room at no extra cost (in fact, it is the only option).
It is a bit hard to identify from the street. There is no lobby, so make sure to write down the street address. Also, the walls are a little thin. First night I had a noisy neighbor.
It was clean and in a very good position.
I didnt like the fact that the jacuzzi we had asked was broken down. The room was extremely small and very dark. There was no soundproof in the rooms and the nextdoor toilet was always heared. Really poor breakfast. In general clean room but nothing more. Bad value for money
The hotel has a perfect location just 5 minutes walking to the Colloseum and also has a metro station that brings you anywhere in Rome, around the hotel there are nice places to go for a nice lunch or even dinner. It was worth it every penny we paid for the room, I just wanted a place where to sleep and the room was cosy but clean, the staff really friendly and multilingual that made my life easy every day, offering also many leisure programs to do in the city.
Location was excellent. Close to Metro and train station.
Not the quietest hotel but with a comfortable set of ear plugs, which I take on every trip, it was no bother at all.
We had a problem: the recepcionist forgot to wake we up in the morning that we had to go to the airport
small and friendly hotel. Proximity to famous sights was excellent. In the 5 days we were there we were able to comfortably walk to all but the Vatican. The hotel arranged this tour for us and we were picked up outside the hotel and brought back to the tour operators offices which were literally around the corner. Plenty of bars resturants and shops close by. Would throughly recommend this hotel as excellent value for money!
Very hot in public areas other than this everything was great!o
The very accomodating staff.
Not good sound proofing, you could hear everything that was going on by the reception and pantry. Might be a problem for the sensitive to noise.
